In Laredo, parts stores usually open early and close late seven days a week, while salvage yards keep shorter hours and may charge a small entry fee. Across Texas, dealer service is the safest route for recall work and warranty repairs, which are free, and for software-heavy jobs on newer cars. Fuel prices change daily and vary block by block, so the listing's location and hours matter more than the brand. For rentals, reserve ahead on weekends and check what insurance the agency requires.

Hours are published for 6 days a week. Typical hours are 8 am–8 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Its website is mboflaredo.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Laredo is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Laredo is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Horrible Experience. I placed an order for parts for my mercedes on june 3rd. They tell me everything was in stock and they would ship it out on time on friday. I called them multiple times before and made sure everything was ready and they assured me that it would be sent out on time. The day comes and order status did not update, so i call them and they tell me that they were “looking at my parts” and they would be shipping it out “soon”. These people dont even have common courtesy or professionalism to let me know that order would be delayed 3-4 days. I would not recommend dealing with anybody at this location. Horrible communication skills and even worse customer service. I just hope the parts i ordered aren’t as bad as these people doing their job. I would avoid this location at all cost and take my business elsewhere.

I drove from my home in San Antonio to Laredo specifically to have my vehicle serviced at this dealership. I trust Monty the service manager to do good work at a fair price. I've had frustrating experiences at other dealerships but have always been super satisfied with Mercedes-Benz of Laredo.

We had a great experience with Mercedes of Laredo from start to finish. We called ahead about a vehicle, and they immediately had it held for us. Their team was responsive, kept in touch, and followed up throughout the process without being pushy. The buying process was smooth overall. There was a slight delay, but it was understandable since the dealership is currently under construction. What really stood out was the honesty. No hidden fees, no last-minute surprises, and no games. Just a straightforward, clean deal with amazing customer service. We definitely appreciate the professionalism and would recommend Mercedes of Laredo to anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience.

Mr. Boni Benavides has always treated our family as family. That is why we go back to him. His knowledge, experience and demeanor are all 5 star. The business office was friendly and helpful. The showroom is a mess! All for good reason though as they are remodeling. God Bless you all!

Absolute worst experience trying to buy a car. If you’re not local, don’t bother. Over the past two weeks, I called the dealership more than 12 times and left multiple voicemails—with no response. (I even have screenshots of my call history.) At one point, a salesperson did reach out, but said he wasn’t at work and would call me back within an hour. I never heard from him again. The only way I was able to reach anyone was by calling the Cadillac dealership next door and asking if I could purchase the vehicle through them since it’s the same auto group. Even their receptionist mentioned that it’s difficult for them to get in touch with this dealership. Eventually, I received a text from a salesperson who began working with me. We exchanged numbers and tried to negotiate, but couldn’t come to a fair agreement for both sides. Responses took hours, and overall I didn’t feel welcomed—almost like I was inconveniencing them by trying to buy a car. That said, I do appreciate that he at least communicated with me, which was more than I experienced initially. I followed up again at the beginning of this week to try and continue negotiations. We got within about $1,000 of a deal, but they
